Membership Terms & Conditions
Wine Club Allocations
Members will receive wine club allocations on a recurring monthly basis. All wines must be picked up in-store unless otherwise arranged.
Billing & Payment Authorization
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis. The payment method on file will be automatically charged prior to each allocation release. Initialization will take place in-store as well.
Minimum Commitment
Classic and Advanced memberships require a minimum commitment of 12 months while Connoisseur memberships require a minimum commitment of 6 months to be eligible for benefits. Members may choose to prepay in full to receive immediate access to all benefits.
Benefits Eligibility
Certain membership benefits, including pairing selections and event access, are unlocked after the minimum commitment period has been fulfilled unless prepaid in full.
Cancellation Policy
Membership cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. Requests submitted after this period will apply to the following billing cycle.
Missed Pickups
Members who do not pick up their allocation within the designated pickup window may forfeit that month's allocation unless prior arrangements are made.
Age Requirement
Members must be 21 years of age or older to join and participate in the wine club.
Returns & Refunds
All wine club charges are final and non-refundable. Exchanges may only be offered for bottles that are damaged or flawed.
